CO2 transmitters

Our offered room and duct CO2 transmitters help prevent the high concentration of carbon dioxide in the room, indicating when fresh air should be supplied to the measured area. Although CO2 is not poisonous, it affects human health to a certain extent and working or living with high CO2 exposure can produce a variety of health effects. Besides that, high disposal of CO2 is extremely harmful to the environment so indicating badly working devices can contribute to lessening the CO2 levels. It is crucial to install carbon dioxide transmitters in every property so the owner was informed about the measure of the gas and could take necessary actions to reduce CO2 levels.

Room CO2 transmitter

Room CO2 transmitters are optimized for indoor installation, and they indicate the carbon dioxide levels via 3 LEDs. They allow energy-saving room ventilation, reduce operating costs and help reduce the well-being of the residents. When using these transmitters CO2 content is measured using an integrated MH-Z19B sensor. Remote monitoring of the measures is also possible via Modbus RTU. Typically, this carbon dioxide transmitter is used for checking if sufficient fresh air is supplied into the room. This CO2 sensor is for a 3-wire connection. The output ground (GND) is connected to the supply voltage (V-) ground in the sensor PCB. In any case, do not connect this common ground to other devices that are powered by DC voltage.

Features

  • Power supply 20 – 30 VDC, 20 – 28 VAC
  • Temperature and CO2 measurement
  • 0-5V or 0-10V analogue output (hardware selectable range) proportional to CO2 concentration
  • 3 status LED indication
  • Integrated 120Ω terminating resistor
  • Protection class IP30

Duct CO2 transmitter

The duct CO2 transmitter we offer is mostly used for measurements in air ducts. It guarantees exact results due to the integrated MH-Z19B sensor; it is also equipped with an RS-485 interface which allows remote management via Modbus RTU. The sensor evaluates the indoor climate and provides information on carbon dioxide levels in the property, thus helping for efficient ventilation of the measured area as well as reducing operating costs. This CO2 sensor is for a 3-wire connection. The output ground (GND) is connected to the supply voltage (V-) ground in the sensor PCB. In any case, do not connect this common ground to other devices that are powered by DC voltage.
